Created by Chef/Owner Stephen LaSala to bring the classic burger and fry
experience to a local Las Vegas food truck. Fast Eddies Burger’s offers all homemade old school classic food truck fare – 3 types of burgers - Beef, Vegetarian, Turkey. French fries made and tossed with house made garlic jalapeno rub, and of course we load our fries as well with delicious homemade chili if requested. We bring great food to where you’re at, cook it with love, serve it unpretentiously, and at a reasonable cost. Come and enjoy!!

Our Higher Mission

Fast Eddies Burgers brand creation and name is dedicated in memory of Chef
Stephen’s cousin “Eddie” who passed from cancer in 2019. Ed Callotta was a hard-working dedicated
family man, who loved life, his wife and kids, and racing motorcycles and his quad. Besides dedicating
the brand name to his cousin Ed, Chef Stephen will also be partnering and providing donations to a
cancer organization in his cousin’s name to help people with cancer and their families. Taking part in
efforts to change policies around access to health care or funding for research. Speaking out about
issues that affect people with cancer. #f*ckcancer

MEET THE OWNER

Chef Stephen LaSala has 27 years of culinary experience. Stephen has worked in multiple types of
venues, to include during his career being Executive Chef for 3 different Celebrity Chef restaurants, he
has done the tour of the culinary world in restaurants throughout California, Arizona, and of Course Las
Vegas NV. Now Chef Stephen has developed this fantastic straight forward old school burger concept.
He put it on a truck, to bring to local community events, your neighborhood, or any catering spot you
can think of.
