In memory of Chef Stephen's cousin "Eddie"
Without the help and support from my Cousin my life would have ended up very differently from where im at now and what i have achieved. By naming the business after him, and keeping his memory alive via the food truck is in my mind the best way i can continue to thank him for everything he did for me while he was alive.
