Created by Chef/Owner Stephen LaSala to bring the classic burger and fry experience to a local Las Vegas food truck. Fast Eddies Burger’s offers all homemade old school classic food truck fare – 2 types of burgers - Vegetarian or Angus Beef. French fries made and tossed with house made garlic jalapeno rub, and of course we load our fries as well with delicious homemade chili if requested. We bring great food to where you’re at, cook it with love, serve it unpretentiously, and at a reasonable cost. Come and enjoy!!

Our Signature Dishes
Fast Eddie’s burgers are made fresh to order. We always use the best ingredients available. Our world famous “Eddie Sauce” is homemade and accompanies most of our burgers along with our own house smoked and cured meats. We hand form patties and prepare with love, and you better believe we bring enough for all to share.
